Ari, in an ancient Al’Ari tongue, translates directly to “of the”, with the prefix for a name of an Elven people referring to something about their homeland and culture. For instance, the Solvari are so named because their legends of origin tell of ancient gods that harnessed the power of the sun (named Solv in the Solvari tongue) to create the world and its people. Thus, “Solvari” translates to “People of the Sun”.
