hal'Dorpane, commonly called Khal, is a port city on the southwestern coast of Odenseye and the seat of power for the United Kingdoms of Se'Vikoral. Ruled over by a king, called a Marchion (in contrast to the subordinate title of Marchioness), Khal'Dorpane is commonly used as a neutral ground for feuding kingdoms to come together and work towards a solution. Though little direct power is exerted, Elysia keeps a diplomatic embassy in the square to assist their allies and ensure that their treaty is kept.
Khal is inhabited by various races, due to its status as a trading hub, but most permanent residents are either Human or Lunari.
