ulmoor is a trading town in the Western Elysian Province of Vul, and serves as the regional capital. It is in a prime location for harvesting raw goods, and sees a constant stream of crops, lumber, gems, ores, furs and more run through its central crossroads daily. The town is ruled by a group of noble families, owing their allegiance to the distant crown of Elysia.
Vulmoor is home to Inn the Shadows, a large and prominent establishment.
